Do you know that feeling, when you, for several years, have been looking for a pair of shoes you saw on a photo once and haven’t been able to get them out of your head? I know. For sure. And now, I also know the feeling you get, when you finally find that pair of shoes, after having completely forgotten about their existence. At a flea market. Super cheap. In MY size. Oh, yes, I found those amazing, winged black rubber flatworm sandals from Vivienne Westwood Anglomania x Melissa that I’ve been dreaming of ever since I saw then on a street style photo of a pair of feet flying across the boardwalk wearing them. I don’t know what I did to deserve such a lucky punch, but, god, I’m happy it happened. And despite the fact that they’re a bit uncomfortable and difficult to wear, I have to use them. A lot. I mean, I’ve been looking for them for years! Maybe I’ll wear them for Elle Style Awards with the non existing outfit that I have(n’t) figured out I’m going to wear.. And then I’ll fly home!
