One word, I’d never have thought would appear here on the blog is “Adidas”. But one must never say never, for today I couldn’t help but mention that exact word. It’s something I’ve been waiting for for a longtime, since finding out – the amazing graphic print designer numero uno, Mary Katrantzou, has made a capsule collection for the sports giant.
The collection is designed with track shoes from 70’s and 80’s medal winners in mind, which shows beautifully in some of these great pieces. Genius? I think so! Personally, I’m about to faint. The sweater dress, the purple track shoe dress, the red and blue jacket and that green onesie have officially entered my wish list. So now I just guess I better save up some bucks, because the pieces for for 150 pounds and up. Eesh!
