For noget tid siden så jeg denne fantastisk fine ophængnings-idé hos Ivania. Hun skrev om hvor synd der er, når man river sider ud af blade for at klistre dem op på væggen – for det er egentlig virkelig ærgerligt. Derfor har jeg nu hængt et par af mine blade op på væggen med buksebøjler. De to første er gamle, gamle Cover-blade og det store er en fotobog af David Mushegain, som jeg købte i Colette forrige sommer. Jeg synes bøjleophængte blade har et super fint og lidt industielt udtryk og indtil jeg får brug for buksebøjlerne til tøj, bliver bladene hængene over min seng og mit skrivebord. Det gode er jo også at når man så bliver træt af billederne eller finder en flot modeserie i et blad, kan man jo bare skifte bladene ud, så man altid har sin yndlings inspiration til skue. Hvad synes I om ophængnings-idéen?
Some time ago I spotted this great idea for decorating your walls at Ivania’s. She wrote about what a shame it is to rip out pages of magazines to stick them on the wall – and it is too bad! So therefore I hung a couple of magazines on my walls with pants hangers. The two first ones are way old Cover magazines and the big one is a photobook by David Mushegain, which I bought in Colette last summer. I think that the hung magazines have a nice and kind of industial look, which I really like, so untill I’ll be needing the hangers for clothes, these magazines are staying on my walls. The good thing is, that when you get tired of the pictures or when you find an amazing editorial that you can’t take your eyes off of, you can change the magazines on the hangers and have your fave inspiration on show.
