Så er jeg tilbage med endnu et outfit fra Couture ugen i Paris. Anden dag hoppede jeg i en luftig kimono for at dække mine forbrændte skuldre fra dagen før og holdt det ellers simpelt med de sorte shorts, toppen, skoene og accesories. Kimonoen har jeg kun brugt tidligere som slappe-af-tøj, men det er gået op for mig at den fungerer mindst ligeså fint som hverdagstøj – og så er den så ualmindeligt silkeblød og skøn at have på. Først havde jeg planer om at lave en form for asiatisk frisure, men da dagen endelig oprandt og jeg skulle have kimonoen på, synes jeg bare at løst, langt hår fungerede bedre – og da det så blev varmere hen ad dagen røg det op i en god side-hestehale, som jeg også synes fungerede ret så fint med outfittet. Forresten fik jeg for nyligt den glædelige besked, at det øverste af disse billeder er havnet på NastyGals blog under et indlæg om croptops.. er det lige sindssygt sejt eller hvad? Jeg er fuldstændig over skyerne! Hvad synes I om outfittet?
I’m back with an other outfit from Paris Couture week. On the second day, I got into a light kimono to hide and sooth my sunburnt shoulders from the day before and kept the rest of my outfit pretty simple with black top, shorts, shoes and accesories. I’ve only ever used the kimono as relaxation-clothes before, but it occurred to me that it works super well as every day clothes too – and then it’s so incredibly silky soft and comfy to wear. First, I had decided to do some kind of Asian hairdo, but when the day came to wear this, I felt like a loose, long head of hair looked better with the kimono – and then it got warmer, I put it up in a side ponytail, which I think worked just as well with the outfit. Oh, and by the way: recently I got a comment telling me that the top photo in this post was to be found in a post about crop tops on NastyGal’s blog.. How rad is that? I’m over the moon! How do you like my outfit?
