For my second part of these new beauty looks to try this fall, I’ve tried working with a creamy, blue eyeliner. I’m doing it to create looks that I wouldn’t du usually – I don’t remember using eyeshadow or colored eyeliner since seventh grade, but suddenly I feel like using it again – have a look on how I do it now:
THE PLAYFUL LOOK
A way in which I’ll surely be using eyeshadow this fall is in this careless and kind of childish way. No smokey eye, no sharp lines– and no lipstick either, to give more attention to the eyeshadow. I used a creamy, blue, shimmery eyeliner-pencil and drew across my eyelid, along the lashes and i used my finger to smudge the color all over my eyelids. To add to the childish look, I braided my hair in two french braids (see how to do it here). A fun and fresh look, which I really like a lot!
SIMPLE WITH A POP OF COLOR
If you’re not really into smearing blue color all over your eyelids, you can try this simplified and more classic version of the look. Here I used the blue eyeliner on the outermost part of my eyelid, along the top lashes and smeared it out a bit with my fingers. With it: lots of mascara, not lipstick and no styling of the hair – I just let it fall naturally. I’m quite into adding that little pop of color to a quite generic and natural look.
