As you might’ve noticed on my instagram this summer, I’ve been taking a couple of days off and having a bit of a vacation both in the city, in the country and on the beach, and had a bit of time off from my computer.
One of those days was spent on the beach with my boyfriend, while I was sporting loads of stripes – both in the water and out of the water. My outfit for being out of the water and for eating ice-cream was a bit norm core and 90’s inspired with the high neck crop top and low waist pajama pants and a pair of slides.
Shooting that outfit, kind of failed, though. I had an amazing idea about having ice-cream in the shot, so we bought an ice-cream cone each and they ended up melting in our hands, while we tried juggling the camera, setting the lighting settings and posing..
My other look was kind of a coincidence – since my bikini was in the laundry, I had to pick out one of my bathing suits, that I use for every day wear in stead of beach wear, but I ended up liking it quite a lot. After a dip in the sea(yup, I went all the way under the waves!) I couldn’t help but wanting to shoot some bathing suit photos by the cute little beach houses..
Aaah, days off with beach, sun, water and a nice boy at the hand really ticks all of my summer-boxes!
