SWEATER: VINTAGE BITTE KAI RAND, SKIRT: SECOND HAND, TIGHTS: H&M, SHOES: NELLY, LIPSTICK: a mix of NO SHE DIDN’T by LIMECRIME and UP THE AMP by MAC
I går var jeg hoppet i et ret simpelt outfit, farvemæssigt. Men jeg havde ret længe gået med idéen til det her outfit fordi jeg godt kunne li’ tanken om den grove strik og så det skinnende læder – teksturkontraster, I ved 🙂 Også lidt kontrast i udtrykket, en hyggelig strik og en lidt rocket/festlig nederdel. Men nu til hovedattraktionen ved dette look – grunden til simpliciteten i tøjet – læbestiften! Jeg har haft mange overvejelser om hvordan den nye blå læbestift skulle bruges og det skulle, efter mit hoved, helst være til noget, der ikke var så opmærksomhedskrrævende, så læberne kunne eje look’et. Dog brugte jeg den ikke som helt blå, men lavede en blålig lilla, da jeg blandede den med min lilla læbestift fra MAC, så den ville gå lidt bedre til outfittet. Jeg er ret tilfreds med udfaldet – farven blev lige som jeg ville have den! Åh, og sidst men ikke mindst vil jeg lige kommentere lyset på billederne her (forresten: undskyld at der er så ultra mange billeder!), det var lige i den skarpe aftensol og jeg kan virkelig godt li’ de lange skygger. Det giver lidt mere dybde i billederne, synes jeg. Hvad synes I?
Yesterday I got into a quite simple outfit colourwise. But I had gone with the idea for this outfit for some time and I liked the thought of the rough knit against the shiny leather – texture contrasts you know 🙂 And also a contrast in the expression of the garments: a cozy knit versus a rock/party-like skirt. But on to the main attraction of the entire look – the reason for the clothes being so simple – the lipstick! I’ve been considering many outfit-combo’s when it comes to what should be worn with my new blue lipstick, and I decided that it had to be a simple outfit. Something that didn’t draw too much attention, so that the lipstick could own the look. I didn’t use it as the light blue one it is, I mixed it with my purple lipstick from MAC to make it a blue-ish purple wo it would work a bit better with the outfit. I’m pretty content with the outcome – the colour is exactly how I wanted it to be. Oh and last but not least, I want to comment on the light on these photos (excuse me for posting so many, btw!). The photos were taken in the brigt evening sunlight and I really like the long shadows. It brings a bit more depth to the photos, I think. How do you like it?
