On the menu of this “OOTD”-post in my first outfit(that I have photos of) from the recent Haute Couture fashion week in Paris. I didn’t see this outfit as something that could draw a lot of attention to itself, but as soon as I set foot on the cobblestones in front of the Grand Palais, where the Chanel show was held, this Tuesday I ended up spending my first 5 minutes there being photographed – as soon as I tried to move away from in front of the lenses pointed towards me, I was told: “Nonono, go back, go back, just one more!”.. So apparently I had put on quite an interesting outfit. I think it was the school girl references of the collar with the little dress, the socks and the backpack that made it so popular. My original thoughts on this outfit were all about keeping warm, without looking all wrapped up, so of course my striped knit dress had to go on. Over that I wore my yellow suede jacket to cover the two sweaters and a cardigan that I wore underneath the dress and the jacket – yep, I didn’t freeze too much in this look! How do you like it?
