LIPS: RUSSIAN RED fra MAC, SUNNIES: H&M, SHIRT & LEATHER SKIRT: SECOND HAND, BACKPACK: NASTYGAL, SANDALS: VAGABOND
Yesterday, before going to work, I had some time drop by the new Music House and have my boyfriend help me shoot my outfit, which was just perfect for the weather: even when leaving work at 10:30 in the evening I didn’t get cold even though I had no jacket on.. I love you, Danish summer!
Yesterday I tried out a new styling idea that I got last time I was going to tuck a long shirt into my mini leather skirt, namely using the shirt as a dress in stead and using the skirt as kind of a giant belt of a leather detail, more than using it to function as an actual skirt, so I just let the bottom of the shirt hang down underneath the edge of the skirt. With this outfit I put my black slides, which were just perfect for this look, and I added the big sunnies for a more graphic look. Lastly I used my clear backpack, which so nicely showed the pom pons that I brought for work.
It ended up becoming an outfit and some photos that I really like – the fun elements of the print on the shirt and the pom pons in the back versus the black leather skirt and trendy sandals worked so well!
