T-SHIRT: SECOND HAND, JACKET & TROUSERS: MONKI, SHOES: SELECTED, RING: HERE, EARRING: HERE
I seldom put on something as solidly black as I did on Friday. I have a hard time letting bigger parts of my outfit be so dark, because I feel like I’m drowning in the dark colors. But on Friday I put on a pair of trousers, which I love despite their color, probably mostly because of their comfiness. I think they’re the only trousers I ever found with the shape I’ve been looking for for so long – high waisted and with wide legs.
I actually only put them on because I wanted to wear my parrot t-shirt and after having work skirts for weeks on end, I felt like a bit of change. And I ended up loving this outfit despite the big black part, because with a silly tee and a yellow jacket, the serious business-ness of the outfit disappeared. There’s nothing a little color can’t fix!
