Som I måske har lagt mærke til på Facebook og Instagram er jeg så heldig at jeg er blevet nomineret til årets modeblogpris i kategorien “Årets Kvindelige Modeblog” – koloenormt sejt? Ja, det tror jeg nok lige! I forbindelse med dette har jeg været så heldig at få en god portion fine smykker med hjem fra Kranz & Ziegler, som er sponsor på min kategori. Det danske smykkemærke Kranz & Ziegler begyndte at lave smykker i 2003 med design-filosofien at lave moderigtige smykker med et rigtigt fashion statement. I 2011 lavede de STORY-smykkerne, som jeg synes går ret så godt ind under ders filosofi – det er i hvert fald de smykker jeg er allervildest med! Jeg er specielt tosset med “big diamond”-smykkerne fordi de er så dejligt enkle, men stadig ret iøjnefaldende. I min kategori har vi fået til opgave at lave et kreativt indlæg om vores fine sponsorgaver og jeg har virkelig lagt hovedet i blød, 1: fordi, som I nok ved, at jeg ikke er stor fan at sponsor-indlæg, så det skal virkelig være hamrendes godt og 2: fordi det er en del af juryens bedømmelse til modeblogprisens afgørelse og er du vimmer, hvor vil jeg gerne vinde! Jeg gik efter idéen om ting, man slet ikke forbinder smykker med. Det endte med at blive mad – eller rettere slik – hvilket er ret så adækvat, min kærlighed til pangfarver taget i betragtning! Jeg har forsøgt mig en smule med pop-art som inspiration til billederne, og jeg synes smykkerne ser fantastiske ud sammen med Skittles, appelsinjuice og chokoladebarer! Hvad synes I om min løsning på den kreative udfordring?

As you might know, if you follow my Facebook and instagram, I have been nominated for this year’s fashion blog awards in the category “Female Fashion Blog of the Year” – incredibly cool? I think so! Because of this, I’m one of the lucky ones to get a portion of gorgeous jewelry from Kranz & Ziegler, who is the sponsor for my category. The Danish jewelry brand Kranz & Ziegler started making jewelry in 2003 under the design philosophy to make fashionable jewelry that create true fashion statements. In 2011, they made the STORY-line go jewelry, which I think is quite true to their philosophy – I know it’s the pieces that I’m loving the most! I really like the “big diamond”-pieces because they’re so nice and simple, though still quite eye-catching. In my category, we’ve gotten a task to complete: making a creative post about our beautiful sponsor presents and I’ve really been spending a lot of time figuring out how to do it, 1: because, as you might know, I’m not a big fan of sponsored posts, so this really has to be awesome and 2: because it’s part of the jury’s evaluation for choosing the winner, and gosh, I want to win! I decided on going for the idea of putting the jewelry with thing that you wouldn’t really associate them with. I ended up choosing food – more precisely candy – which is quite adequate, taking my love of bright colors into consideration! I did a little pop-art inspired shoot and I love how the jewelry looks with Skittles, orange juice and chocolate bars! How do you like my solution to this creative challenge?
