Now that we’re well into the spring season, I think it’s relevant to give you guys a little trend guide as to which key trends are essential for tis season – and won’t go out of fashion within the next year. I know I’ll be going for these trends this season – let’s have a look!
DENIM
Everybody knows it – denim’s an evergreen and it just got the revival of it’s life this season. Complete denim outfits, little denim details and denim in every shape and texture – frayed, bleached, turned up and with pockets – denim is pretty much “the shit” this season. Luckily, denim is also such a classic, that any denim piece, you’ll get this season, won’t go out of style within the foreseeable future – if it’ll ever go out of style! Denim is a great basic too, so don’t hesitate to switch your black skirt for a denim one!

60’S
The 60’s trend has been hidden behind the 70’s overtake this season, but it truly is a trend to watch. Where the 70’s trend will wear off the next season, the 60’s will take over and make a statement with it’s short skirts and shift dresses. The key words will be mini lengths, long sleeves, high necks and shirt collars. I already have a bunch of 60’s inspired stuff in my wardrobe, so I’ll just go ahead and jump into that 60’s trend and feel like I’m just a bit ahead of those 70’s lovers.

FLORALS
Just like denim, floral prints are an evergreen – mostly in spring fashion. The floral prints won’t go out of style anytime soon, so getting on that floral wagon, which many designers were for both the summer and winter-collections this year, will be a sure investment in your wardrobe. I bet a classic, floral dress will last longer than those right-here-right-now trend pieces, that’ll will go out of style next season. And hey, who doesn’t look cute in florals?
