As I wrote in this post, I’ve leaned to make lemonade this summer. It’s become my ultimate summer drink and from now on, I never leave the grocery store without a handful of lemons. Both because it’s delicious and looks amazing, I decided to do this blogpost – maybe the first recipe in the blog’s history!
LEMON AND MINT-LEMONADE
For about 1 liter of lemonade, you’ll need:
3 big lemons
3 tsp honey
1 handful of mint leaves (can be switched with a handful of thyme which is also delish!)
Sparkling water
Press all the lemons into a pitcher, add honey and mint. Stir. Add cold sparkling water till the pitcher’s full and regulate the taste with honey for the sweetness you want.
RASPBERRY AND BASIL-LEMONADE
For about 1 liter of lemonade, you’ll need:
3 big lemons
3 tsp honey
1 handful of basil leaves
1 handful of fresh raspberries
Water
Press all the lemons into a pitcher, add honey and basil. Stir. crush the raspberries and add them to the mix. Stir until you have an even pink liquid. Add cold water till the pitcher’s full.
