A classical print that from time to time is trendy, but never goes out of style is checkers and plaid. On many of the runways for both summer and fall/winter of this year, checkers and plaid were some of the most popular prints. If you’re ready to plunge in to the checks now is the time – it’s not only trendy for a couple of seasons, checkers is also an incredibly classic print and easy to style.
Personally, I’m all about checkered outfits from head to toe, and a dress or jumpsuit in that prints makes this super easy. If you’re a bit more daring, you should mix more checkered items, but try to stay within the same color scheme just like Céline did for ss16.
I’m dreaming of that green Peter Jensen dress, which I’d wear with a checkered clutch and red lips – which item is your fave?
How do you feel about checkers?
